Cancellation Policy Esthetician Services – The House of October

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than [1 hour] before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a [penalty/late fee/rebooking charge of $20.00 and you will lose your Deposit].

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least [24 hours] prior to your appointment.

Covid Policy - A Covid waiver must be completed by all clients.

Treatment Room Policy

Due to Limited Space in the treatment room the following applies:

• No extra guests are allowed, children or pets are not allowed. There is a sitting area in the building lobby.

• I do require during treatment no cell phone use.
